Chomolhari

At 7,315 meters (24,000 feet) high, Chomolhari is the 80 th highest mountain in the world. Chomolhari is part of the Chomolhari Himalaya in Bhutan / Tibet. The geographic coordinates of the mountain are 27°49'37?N, 89°16'28?E. The mountain prominence (a measure of vertical separation between mountains) of Chomolhari is 2,065 meters and its parent mountain is Gangkhar Puensum. The first ascent of Chomolhari occurred in 1937.
