Baltoro Kangri
At 7,312 meters (23,990 feet) high, Baltoro Kangri is the 82 nd highest mountain in the world. Baltoro Kangri is part of the Masherbrum Karakoram in Kashmir (Pakistan). The geographic coordinates of the mountain are 35°38'21?N, 76°40'24?E. The mountain prominence (a measure of vertical separation between mountains) of Baltoro Kangri is 1,200 meters and its parent mountain is Chogolisa. The first ascent of Baltoro Kangri occurred in 1976.
